- 6 1/4-inch slices SPAM® Classic
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3/4 cup cooked white rice
- 1 tablespoon HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits
- 1 tablespoon furikake
- 6 drizzles sriracha mayo sauce
- 2 teaspoons green onions, chopped
- In a skillet, cook the SPAM® Classic and teriyaki sauce until slightly crisp.
- Place the SPAM® Classic on a plate and let it cool slightly, then cut it into 1 1/2-inch squares.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop cooked rice onto each square of SPAM® Classic and round out the shape.
- On top, evenly sprinkle bacon bits and furikake. Drizzle sriracha mayo on top and garnish with green onion. Makes 12.
