- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Jalapeño
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (15-ounce) can of corn, drained
- Tortilla chips, for dipping
- In a 3-quart saucepan, saute the SPAM® Jalapeño until lightly browned.
- Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, and corn. Stir until well combined, the cream cheese is melted, and the dip is warm.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Serves 16-20.
