				Ingredients				
			Gain Bowl
- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Maple Flavored, cubed
 - 2 cups cooked quinoa
 - 2 cups quartered, roasted brussels sprouts
 - 1 Gala apple, sliced
 - 1 cup dried cranberries
 - 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
 - 1 small red onion, chopped
 - Maple Orange Vinaigrette; recipe follows
 
Maple Orange Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
 - 2 tablespoons orange juice
 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
 - 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
 - 1/3 cup olive oil
 
				Directions 				
		Gain Bowl
- In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook cubed SPAM® Maple Flavored 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
 - Divide prepared SPAM® Maple Flavored cubes, quinoa, brussels sprouts, apple, cranberries, pecans and red onion among 4 individual serving bowls.
 - Serve with Maple Orange Vinaigrette.
 
Maple Orange Vinaigrette
- Combine ingredients in small jar. Cover and shake to combine.
