- 2 (12-ounce) cans SPAM® Classic, cut into 2-inch x 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup barbeque rub
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- Prepare smoker or grill using indirect heat, water pan and wood chips.
- In aluminum pan, toss SPAM® Classic cubes with barbeque rub.
- Smoke at 225°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Brush with barbeque sauce. Smoke an additional 20 minutes or until sticky and glazed.
