- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon, cut into 8 strips
- 8 slices American, Swiss, or sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- Bake the biscuits according to the package.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, fry the SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon, then remove the SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs.
- Split the biscuits and layer the bottom halves with eggs, cheese, SPAM® with Real HORMEL® Bacon, and then the top halves of the biscuits.
