Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Less Sodium, sliced
  • 8 eggs, scrambled
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Directions

  1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook SPAM® Less Sodium slices 3 to 5 minutes or until browned.
  2. Serve with scrambled eggs and rice. Garnish with green onions.
