Bow Tie SPAM® Salad

All salads have dressing, but not all salads are dressy. This SPAM® recipe is so well dressed that it dons multiple bow ties. It is also so well flavored — with chopped bell peppers, honey mustard, and elegant white wine vinegar.

I followed most of the recipe (don't like onions or mustard). I will also sprinkled just a pinch more parmesan on top when served. The people who "poo-pooed" what I was doing, all said it looks really good at the end and want to try it after it chills.

I use it many ways, I really like that it can be turned into so many different meals.
