Ingredients
  • 3 (3-ounce) packages Ramen noodle soup, beef flavor
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, sliced
  • 6 fried eggs
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
Directions
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, including seasoning packet.
  2. Divide ramen among 6 individual serving bowls.
  3. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook SPAM® Classic 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned.
  4. Top ramen and broth with sliced SPAM® Classic, fried egg, and green onions.

I made this with the addition of garlic-ginger paste and a tsp each of shoyu and mirin. Wonderful dinner entre.

I made this recipe. I would suggest frying the eggs almost well done. Probably don't want too much yellow floating around. A little is okay. Got to have green onions for this to taste right, too.

Saw the commercial and me and my husband had to try it... It was a great little lunch meal but I think I will alter the fried egg with something else. Definitely will make again
