Great recipe but I would KEEP the liquid and serve it with it. This is a very versatile recipe and you can add whatever you want to this...I added onions and green chile to mine and it was spicy and good!

Love spam and great recipe. I used Texas Pete instead. A little more spicy.

I had never tried SPAM and after watching adds on TV decided to give it a try with this recipe, we loved it. My store was out of original SPAM, so I bought the bacon version, cut into small bite sized pieces, fried until crisp and served per recipe. Will definitely make again, maybe with peas instead of broccoli.

Tweaked the recipe just a little for my taste and really loved it.

Same recipe, but don't dump the noodle seasoning...save it for a dipping sauce...and cut the SPAM in thin strips. No need for Siracka (sp?)

I used low sodium Spam, and only a very small amount of the ramen seasoning. Other than that I followed the recipe. We loved the crunch of the vegetables and taste the sweet chili sauce added. Of course Spam was once again the star of the dish. I'll be making this again real soon.

I love Ramen noodles, so this recipe is one of my favorites. I used Maui Mountain sweet n sour sauce instead and it tasted great.
