I have a hard time chewing, so hamburger and Spam are about the only fat/protein I can eat. Can't beat the prep time and stores well. I like the low sodium Spam best.

I bought this at the store, hopibg for a yummy and mre healthy alterntive. Lookibg at the can was my first mistske. The nt wt ws including JUICES. WHAT JUICES! Another bad thng wa the young man helping me. He was so snarky. The meat was bland.
