- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, thinly sliced
- 6 (10-inch) CHI-CHI’S® burrito-size flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup nonfat garden vegetable cream cheese
- 6 leaves lettuce
- 4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese.
- Top with SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, lettuce, and tomato.
- Roll up and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- To serve, slice rollups diagonally in half, or place wooden picks 1 inch apart and slice for appetizers.
