- 1 (12-ounce can) SPAM® Classic cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 red onion cut into 3/4 inch wedges
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Alternately thread SPAM® Classic, bell pepper, onion, and pineapple onto 8 to 12 skewers.
- Grill the skewers, turning occasionally and brushing with teriyaki sauce, for 8 minutes or until kabobs are hot and have thick grill marks.
