- 1 (12-ounce can) SPAM® Figgy Pudding cut into cubes
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3 dried figs, halved
- 6 (6-inch) skewers
- Balsamic glaze
- Freshly chopped rosemary
- Heat broiler to HIGH. Thread SPAM® Figgy Pudding, onion and figs onto skewers.
- Broil 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Brush with balsamic glaze.
- Serve drizzled with additional glaze and sprinkled with rosemary.
