Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Less Sodium
  • 1 (16-ounce) bag dumpling noodles
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup green onions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Korean Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

  1. Add salt to water and bring to a boil.
  2. Cook the dumpling noodles according to the package, then drain.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the SPAM® Less Sodium, then cut into lengths.
  4. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the SPAM® Less Sodium, mushrooms, and onions. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the SPAM® Less Sodium is golden, and the onions and mushrooms are tender.
  6. Add the teriyaki sauce to the skillet and toss to combine. Stir noodles into SPAM® mixture. Toss gently to combine.
