Mini SPAM® Nacho Burgers

We found a way to hop on the whole mini-burger craze in a big way. With tasty salsa, jalapeño and guac topped SPAMBURGER

  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic cut into 6 slices
  • 3 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
  • 6 slices CHI-CHI'S® Green Jalapeno Wheels, cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 teaspoons Embasa® Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce, minced
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 12-ounce package Hawaiian sweet rolls, split and lightly toasted
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 diced Roma tomatoes


  • 1.To make salsa, in bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, vinegar, chipotle in adobo and honey.
  • 2.Cut each slice SPAM® Classic in half. Lightly grill or cook SPAM® until lightly browned on both sides. Top SPAM® with cheese; heat until cheese begins to melt.
  • 3.Place 1 slice SPAM® on bottom half of each roll. Top each burger with guacamole, salsa and jalapeño. Cover with tops of rolls.
