I loved it. Used red pepper and white onion, but still amazing. I don't understand why people complain about pineapple on pizza.

I did not have green peppers so used red and I did not have red onion, so used white. Still very good. I liked it by itself, but I also tried it with drizzled sriracha and dipped in tomato and basil sauce and I thought that was even better 🤤

I am a huge fan of Austin MN style pizza! The chunks of Spam are very tasty and it all goes down great with a bottle of rum while watching the Pineapple Express movie with my friends when they drive in.

I like that it doesn't use tomato sauce

My wife and I like to try new recipes. She is from Spain and had very little experience with Spam. I love pizza and have had Hawaiian style pizza before. We decided to try this recipe, exactly as written, except we had a red bell pepper instead of a green bell pepper. We thought the flavor was wonderful. The pizza did not need tomato sauce, and I suspect adding tomato would diminish the experience. We plan to make this recipe again soon.
