- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, sliced 1/8 inch thick (4 slices)
- 6 ounce Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 tablespoons giardiniera, chopped finely
- 4 teaspoons beer mustard
- Loaf of pretzel bread (8 slices)
- 2-4 tablespoons butter
- Cook the SPAM® Classic until crispy and browned on both sides.
- Make a sandwich using pretzel bread. Top with cheese, chopped giardiniera, and mustard.
- Cook the sandwich on a griddle or in a pan on medium heat with melted butter to melt cheese and toast sandwich.
