  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic, finely chopped
  • 1 pint coleslaw
  • 6 hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls, split and toasted

See the word “pulled” in this recipe’s title? It suggests something hard, like pulling a couch up the stairs or pulling a donkey up a hill. Then there’s the whole business of a “pulled groin”. Which, well, let’s not go there. Thankfully, this type of “pulled” is a wonderful thing. The kind of barbeque and pork shoulder that’s cooked at low heat to be so tender and juicy, you can’t be “pulled” away from it.
