- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Hot Honey Flavored, cut into 8 slices
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 3 cups cooked sushi rice
- 2 teaspoons furikake, if desired
- 3 sheets nori, cut in thirds
- Combine soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Place flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 separate shallow bowls. Dredge SPAM® Hot Honey Flavored slices in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.

- Add dredged SPAM® Hot Honey Flavored strips to hot oil, and fry until golden-brown and crispy on all sides, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from skillet and transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Brush one side of each SPAM® Hot Honey Flavored slice with soy sauce mixture.
