- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
 - 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
 - 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored cut into bite-sized pieces
 - 8 small flour tortillas, lightly toasted
 - 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
 - 1 1/2 cups finely shredded daikon
 - 1 cup kimchi
 - Cilantro sprigs
 - Lime wedges
 
- In small bowl, combine oyster sauce, wine, ginger, chili flakes and brown sugar. Reserve.
 - In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored pieces 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned and crisped. Add reserved sauce. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until coated. Remove from heat.
 - Spread tortillas with mayonnaise. Top with sauce covered SPAM® Korean BBQ Flavored pieces, daikon, kimchi and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
