Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 4 pita breads, cut in half

Directions

  • 1.In bowl, combine SPAM® Classic, broccoli, cauliflower, tomato, carrot, cucumber and onion. Toss with dressing.
  • 2.Cover salad; refrigerate several hours. Spoon salad mixture into pita breads.
