SPAM® Fries Hawaiian Lunch Plate Burrito

  • 1 (13.51-ounce) package SPAM® Fry Shaped Pork Fritters Fries
  • 6 sheets nori
  • 6 cups cooked sushi rice
  • Furikake
  • 4 cups Hawaiian Macaroni Salad (recipe follows)
  • 1 cup chopped kimchi
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • Katsu sauce

Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped


  1. Prepare SPAM® Fry Shaped Pork Fritters Fries according to package directions.
  2. Cut 2 sheets nori in half crosswise. Place one full sheet nori on work surface. Attach 1 half sheet nori to end with a bit of water to create one longer nori sheet. With moist hands, spread rice evenly over nori, leaving a ¾ inch strip uncovered on one end. Sprinkle rice with Fuikake.
  3. Layer prepared SPAM® Fry Shaped Pork Fritters Fries, Hawaiian Macaroni Salad, kimchi, and green onions; drizzle with Katsu sauce; roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Hawaiian Macaroni Salad

  1. In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, milk, sugar and salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. In large bowl, combine macaroni, carrot and green onion. Add dressing and stir to combine.
