Hot Turkey Salad

You’ve probably had a cold turkey salad. Well, we think a hot turkey salad is better. Why? Because it’s made with SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey and topped with chow mein noodles for a hot and satisfying lunch with a crunch.

  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, cut into small pieces
  • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups crunchy chow mein noodles, lightly crushed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  • 1.Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2.In large bowl, combine SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, soup, celery, mayonnaise, onion, pickle relish, pimiento, salt and pepper; stir well.
  • 3.Place mixture in 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles. Bake 40 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
