Enter the National SPAM® Recipe Contest to show off your culinary talents and show just how easy it is to spice up a traditional meal using your favorite SPAM® variety. We could use even more tasty SPAM® creations.
Hundreds of recipes are entered into over 40 state and county fairs across America. There are both Child and Adult Contests, and only one out of each group can win the National Recipe title. Will it be you?
Check your local fairs for more information. It's the only way to enter.
A few simple rules to remember and the 2010 SPAM® State List:
- Each contestant may enter only one recipe.
- Must use at least one can of any SPAM® variety.
- No more than 10 ingredients can be used.
- Recipes are judged on taste appeal (45%), ease of preparation (30%) and presentation (25%).”
