SPAM® Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® with Bacon, cut into 8 strips
  • 8 slices American, Swiss or sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

    Bake biscuits according to package directions.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, in skillet, fry SPAM® With Bacon; remove from skillet. In same skillet, scramble eggs.

  3. 3

    Split biscuits; layer bottom halves with eggs, cheese, SPAM® and top halves of biscuits.
