SPAM® and Jack

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water. Jack found a can of SPAM® Classic and made a SPAM® and Jack sandwich for him and Jill to enjoy. He used irresistible pretzel bread and beer mustard. They both washed down the sandwich with their pail of water.

Ingredients
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, sliced 1/8 inch thick (4 slices)
  • 6 ounce Monterey Jack cheese
  • 4 tablespoons giardiniera, chopped finely
  • 4 teaspoons beer mustard
  • Loaf of pretzel bread (8 slices)
  • 2-4 tablespoons butter
Directions
  1. Cook the SPAM® Classic until crispy and browned on both sides.
  2. Make a sandwich using pretzel bread. Top with cheese, chopped giardiniera, and mustard.
  3. Cook the sandwich on a griddle or in a pan on medium heat with melted butter to melt cheese and toast sandwich.
