Heat 5-quart Dutch oven over medium-high heat; sauté SPAM® Hickory Smoked in oil 10 to 15 minutes or just until it starts to crisp and brown around edges. Add onion; sauté 5 minutes longer. Add stock and ham-flavored concentrate; bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add potatoes and beans; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes more or until potatoes are tender. Add parsley flakes; mix well.
