2.Unroll crescent roll dough sheets and cut into 8 rectangles (each 5-1/2 inches x 3 inches in size). Brush with egg wash. Sprinkle sesame seeds on two of the rectangles; pressing lightly with fingers to adhere to the dough. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 7-10 minutes until puffy and lightly browned. Allow to cool.
3.Cut SPAM® lengthwise into 12 thin slices. Heat SPAM® slices in skillet until lightly browned on both sides.
4.Spray two 5-1/2 inch x 3 inch mini loaf pans with cooking spray.
5.To assemble, place one baked crescent roll rectangle in the pan. Top evenly with two SPAM® slices. Spread SPAM® layer with raspberry preserves, then top with one slice Swiss cheese. Note: As needed, trim the crescents, SPAM® slices and cheese to fit the pans.
6.Place second baked crescent roll rectangle over this and two more SPAM® slices.
7.Place third baked crescent roll rectangle and two more SPAM® slices. Spread with raspberry jam, then top with one slice Swiss cheese.
8.Finish by topping with baked crescent roll rectangle (fourth crust with sesame seeds).
9.Repeat assembly directions to create the second "stacker." Bake 10 minutes until hot and golden brown. Cool slightly before cutting.
10.When ready to serve, cut each "stacker" into 6 slices. Makes 2 mini loaves. Refrigerate leftovers.
