Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned
  • 1 1/2 cups nonfat Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 16-ounce package penne or mostaccioli
  • 2 tablespoons ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Directions

  • 1.Cook pasta according to package directions, adding carrots, broccoli and bell pepper during last minute of cooking; drain. Rinse under cold running water.
  • 2.Add remaining ingredients to pasta; mix well. Refrigerate salad several hours or overnight.
