Cuban SPAM Calzone

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounces pork roast, sliced
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 dill pickles, diced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package frozen pizza dough, thawed

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Roll pizza dough into 1/2-inch circle; transfer to flour-dusted sheet pan.
  3. Spread mustard on 1/2 of dough. Top with cheese, SPAM® Classic, pork and pickles. Fold dough over to form half-moon. Seal edges. Pinch with fingers or back of fork. Brush with oil.
  4. Bake calzone 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes. Slice as desired.
