Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cubed
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 10 ounces fideo pasta
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. In skillet, cook SPAM® Classic until browned. Remove from skillet.
  2. In same skillet, heat oil; add fideo pasta; cook and stir until some but not all of pasta is browned.
  3. Reduce heat; add corn, peas, SPAM® and water to skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until water is evaoporated.
