Bow-Tie Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (16-ounce) box bow-tie pasta
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar tomato sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, finely chopped
  • 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ( ) ounces ricotta cheese
  • 3 ( ) ounces cream cheese, softened

Directions

  1. In bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning; mix well.
  2. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook bow-tie pasta according to package directions for al dente; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, in skillet, fry SPAM® Classic and garlic; drain.
  4. In large, deep skillet, combine pasta, SPAM® mixture and tomato sauce. Gently cover with cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and Italian seasoning, if desired. Cover; cook 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
