SPAM Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® With Bacon, cut into 8 strips
  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 slices American, Swiss or sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Bake biscuits according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in skillet, fry SPAM® With Bacon; remove from skillet. In same skillet, scramble eggs.
  3. Split biscuits; layer bottom halves with eggs, cheese, SPAM® and top halves of biscuits.
