Cheesy Country SPAM Puff

Ingredients

  • 6 slices firm white bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 ( ) cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 ( ) cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Classic, cut into cubes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 12x8-inch baking pan.
  2. In large bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, mustard, garlic powder and paprika. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in SPAM® Classic, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and the onion.
  3. Bake puff 25 minutes. Top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese and the Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
