Baked SPAM® Seven Layer Dip
Ingredients
  • Half a 15-ounce can drained and rinsed black beans
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 15-ounce can refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 2.25-ounce can drained sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1.25-ounce package taco seasoning mix

    Heat oven to 350ºF.

    In large skillet, sauté SPAM® until lightly browned. Add taco seasoning according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in bottom of 12-inch pizza pan, spread refried beans. Layer SPAM®, black beans and cheese in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.

    Drizzle sour cream over dip; sprinkle with onions and olives. Serve with salsa and tortilla chips for dipping.
