In skillet, heat 1 1/2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat. Add onion, mushrooms and bell pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened. Remove from skillet.
In same skillet, heat remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons oil over medium-high. Add SPAM® with black pepper; cook 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Fill buns evenly with SPAM®, vegetables and cheese to serve.
