Red Flannel Hash
Ingredients
  • 1 16-ounce can beets, drained and diced
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic, diced
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 4 medium potatoes, cooked and diced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    In large skillet, sauté onion in oil, stirring frequently, until lightly browned. Add SPAM® Classic and potatoes; sauté, stirring frequently, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper. Add beets; stir to mix. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes longer. Uncover; cook 5 minutes more.
