Lightened-Up SPAMBURGER™ Hamburger
Ingredients
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Lite cut into 4 slices
  • 4 split hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 1-ounce slices light American cheese
  • 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 sliced tomato

    In large skillet, cook SPAM® Lite until lightly browned.

    Spread mayonnaise on cut sides of buns. Place SPAM®, cheese, lettuce and tomato on bottom halves of buns. Cover with top halves of buns.
