Favorite Meat Loaf
Ingredients
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 package ground chuck
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Total Time: 1 hr (including 30 min prep) Makes: 8 servings
You know what’s a magical coincidence? The word “eat” is in the word “meat”. And if “meat” was spelled with a couple more m’s, “mmm” would be in there, too. Come to think of it, this recipe is so tasty, we really should have spelled it “Favorite MMMeat Loaf.”

    Heat oven to 375°F.

    In food processor bowl, process SPAM® Classic until finely chopped or grind by hand.

    In large bowl, combine SPAM® and remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into loaf. Place on wire rack in baking pan; bake 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
