Ingredients

  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 1 12-ounce can SPAM® Classic, cut into chunks
  • 1 cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt

    Place 2 leaves lettuce on each of 4 salad plates; mound SPAM® Classic evenly in center. Surround SPAM® with cantaloupe; sprinkle with bell pepper.

    To make dressing, in bowl, combine pineapple, sour cream, yogurt and sugar; mix well. Pour dressing over salad.
