heat a pan and add the oil then fry the bacon SPAM® on each side till golden brown and reserve on paper towel lined tray.
mix the mayonnaise with Tabasco and spread on the inside of the toast pieces.
layer the bacon SPAM®, then the lettuce leaves, then the tomato slices, then the avocado mix on top and spread.
top with the toast and cut in half and enjoy.
Roy Choi doesn’t follow trends. When he makes a BLT, he adds a letter to make a BLTA. Bacon. Lettuce. Tomato. Avocado. Oh, and he doesn’t use bacon, he uses glorious SPAM® with Bacon. This sandwich isn't a witch, but it's totally wicked!
