Held at the top 40 state and county fairs across America, hundreds of recipes are entered. But only one shall win! Will it be you? Check your local fairs for more information. It's the only way to enter.

Before you go hog-wild, there are a few ground rules:

• Each contestant may enter only one recipe.
• Must use at least one can of SPAM®, any variety.
• No more than 10 ingredients can be used.
• Recipes are judged on taste appeal (40%), appearance (30%) and originality of recipe (30%).
