Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise must be in the same condition you received it. Merchandise must not be worn or washed. If you have further questions or concerning about your return or exchange, please contact us at giftcenter@hormel.com or dial 800-LUV-SPAM (800-588-7726), then choose option #4.

Return Merchandise for Refund:

Return merchandise and include the following information:

  1. Include a note or letter containing the following:
    Your Name
    Your Address
    Your Daytime Phone #
    Photocopy of your SPAM® Shop Invoice Reason for return.
    State that you would like a refund*. Refund will be processed in the same method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
    *Refunds will be given for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be reimbursed.
  2. Package merchandise and letter securely in a quality container.
  3. Ship the package back insured* to the appropriate address below:

Shipping and handling fees will be charged separately to your credit card on orders over $100.00 once the weight, package size and destination are determined.

*2-3 Business Day Express: OVERNIGHT delivery is available ONLY if an order is placed by PHONE (call 800-491-6876) before 2:00 p.m. central time. All express orders placed after 1:00 p.m. central time will be shipped the following business day.

**Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping can be expensive and is determined by the address, shipment size and weight plus a handling fee. Merchandise total will be charged at the time of shipping and a separate shipping and handling fee will be charged at a later date (after the shipment type is determined). Shipping and handling will be charged to your credit card separately.

***International: We will ship orders anywhere in the WORLD (except Indonesia), with the exception of SPAM® Luncheon Meats which can only be shipped within the United States or Canada. The cost of international shipping can be very expensive, but to promote sale of SPAM® merchandise, we will ship internationally to you anywhere! The charges for shipping international orders is the actual cost plus a handling fee of up to $10 (depending on the size of the order). All international shipping and handling expenses will be charged separately to your credit card. The first charge to your credit card is for the total of your merchandise the second charge is the shipping and handling fee. There may be additional customs charges also charged to your credit card at a later date. All shipping, handling, and customs fees are non-refundable once the package has been shipped and will be charged to your credit card after the shipment is sent. Customer Satisfaction: Great care has been taken in selecting and developing SPAM® merchandise. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact the SPAM® Shop at 1-800-LUV-SPAM (800-588-7726) or 507-437-9898 if you have any questions. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days and we will promptly exchange it. Sorry, no refunds will be given.
